The diamond elements made by JSC "ROMZ" according to Technical Conditions (TU) 3972-002-07524640-2000, are intended for manufacturing the modular instrument for fine grinding of parts made of optical glass and fragile non-metal materials.

The diamond elements made by JSC "ROMZ" " within more than 25 years are successfully applied by all enterprises of optical and mechanical industry in Russia, including such big factories as JSC "The Krasnodar optical and mechanical factory", JSC "The Zagorsk optical and mechanical factory ", JSC "The Kazan optical and mechanical factory", "The Suksun optical and mechanical factory", JSC "Optical and mechanical factory Prism" (Rybinsk), Optical and mechanical factory in Lida, Byelorussia and others. The diamond elements are produced of diameters of 6,8,10,14, of height of 3 and 5 mm with the contents of diamond classified micro powders of fractions 40/28, 28/20, 20/14 and 14/10 on metal and metal organic binding. Manufacturing of diamond elements of any sizes on demand of the customer is possible.

Special granular structure of a diamond classified grinding powder which is contained in the structure of diamond elements ensures high efficiency, shape precision and high surface quality of optical parts.
The Cost of diamond elements depending on the size and fraction of a diamond classified grinding powder ranges from 0,1 $ to 0,3 $.

Diamond honing elements produced by JSC "ROMZ" according to technical conditions TU3972-001-07524640-98 are intended for the first pass and finishing stage of honing of bushes for cylinder blocks and other parts of cast iron and hardened steels. They have been being used by JSC "Yaroslavl Motor Plant", JSC "Tutayev Motor Plant", JSC "Ribinsk Motors" and other machine building factories for a long time.

Diamond honing elements can be produced of any sizes with the usage of diamond powders of different fractions and types according to the requirements of customers including the sizes 100x8x5 and 100x12x6 of the following fractions:
AC20 315/250, AC20 160/125, AC15 100/80 with concentration of 50% or 100%.
